A floor that feels dry and a wall that looks fine can still be holding water inside. We track that hidden moisture down, dry it out of the structure and document every step, so your home is ready for your contractor.

Our job is the part of a water loss you can’t see: finding every pocket of moisture, drying it out of the structure and proving it with numbers. When the readings say dry, you get a clean handoff. The moisture map, the reading log and the photos come with it, and the property is prepped so your contractor starts on materials that are actually dry.

Water travels sideways along the bottom of walls, under cabinets and into the floor. We check each room with moisture meters and thermal imaging and map how far it actually spread. That map tells us exactly where drying needs to happen.
We start by extracting any standing water. Then we build a drying setup around your rooms: commercial dehumidifiers to draw moisture out of the air, air movers to push dry air across wet surfaces and into opened cavities, and hardwood floor drying mats to pull water up through wood floors. We adjust the setup at each visit as different areas dry out.
We take moisture readings every day and compare them with materials in your home the water never touched. When the wet areas match that documented dry standard, the drying is done, and the photos and readings give your adjuster a clear record.
Our equipment comes out, the work area is left prepped for repairs, and you get the moisture map, reading log and photos to pass along.
Structural drying takes the water out of the building, not just off its surfaces. A box fan can dry carpet fibers, but it can’t reach water soaked into a subfloor or trapped behind drywall. If those materials get closed up wet, the problems show up months later as rippled seams, bubbling paint, cupped boards and a musty smell that keeps coming back.
Anything that can’t be properly dried is taken out so the rest of the structure can dry and be ready for repairs. Everything else is dried right where it is.
What we dry:
Thermal imaging and moisture meters find water behind walls and under floors, so nothing gets closed up wet by accident.
Your adjuster and your contractor get the same moisture map, daily readings and photos, so nobody has to guess what was wet or whether it’s dry now.

It’s the moisture reading your materials have to reach before we call them dry. We set it from parts of your home the water never reached, so the target fits your house rather than a generic number.
It depends on how much water there was, how long it sat and what it soaked into. Instead of picking a date up front, we take readings every day and finish when the numbers show the materials are dry.
A contractor does. Our work is mitigation: we dry the structure, document it and leave it prepped. Your contractor can start from our moisture map, reading log and photos, knowing the materials have been proven dry.
That depends on your policy and the cause of the water. We work with your insurance company, meet your adjuster on site and share our photos and daily readings. Your claim is between you and your insurance company.
