In Burbank, the typical house dates to 1965. 62% were built before 1970, 16% in 1990 or later, and 81% are detached single-family homes, with 81% owner-occupied (ACS 2020–2024 5-year estimates: Census Reporter).
Burbank’s tidy grid of brick homes has little room for water to go; when the street fills, it can find a basement window well.
Our Burbank work follows one path: trace the water, pull out what’s ruined, dry the structure and confirm it with readings, then hand off to your contractor. Every reading and photo goes into your file. See how the process works.
Per the EPA, drying wet materials within 24–48 hours helps prevent mold, which is why readings decide when we’re done. (Source: EPA) More in drying and moisture readings.
